Minimum 5+ years experience in supporting financial domain customers. May participate in a
24x7 Support Operation and 24x7 on-call rotation.
As a technical support engineer for the ZScaler platform, engage and empathize with
customers/users to support and resolve technical issues through completion leading to a good
customer experience with effective customer interactions.
ZScaler Experience: Experienced with the Zscaler ZIA portal. Creating Zscaler firewall control
policy based on change request. Creation of GRE Tunnel / IPsec tunnel configuration. Location
Management and Sublocation policy configuration. URL and cloud app control configuration 8 SSL
inspection policy configuration. Configuring the Advanced Threat Protection Policy. Hosted PAC
Excellent knowledge of Network Protocol Analyzers (tcpdump, Wireshark) and Network Security (SSL/TLS, VPNs, Firewall, IDS/IPS)
Experience troubleshooting network issues and familiarity with the necessary tools. (Ping, Treaceroute, MTR etc). Expert knowledge of protocols such as HTTP, SMTP, FTP, DNS etc.
Mandatory Certification: ZScaler Trained and Certified (ZIA & ZPA).
Good communication skills with experience working in a matrix and distributed team(s) setup
Other Relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
